HEAD OF STRUCTURAL PLANNING (f/m/d)

Tasks: - Management of planning and processing of versatile projects in the field of structural planning as well as in the maintenance management of supply and disposal systems – from the initial concept phase to construction execution - Static calculations for a wide variety of structures such as water and wastewater systems, residential developments, industrial plants, as well as municipal infrastructure buildings are part of your daily work - You will independently take over the management and processing of renovation and maintenance projects in the field of drinking water and wastewater pipelines – including condition assessments, planning, supervision, and quality control - You actively develop expertise, standards, and processes within the specialist department Close cooperation with specialist planners, site managers, drafters, authorities, suppliers, as well as colleagues from various branches - You independently support and advise our customers and contribute actively to acquisition, quality assurance, as well as the training and further education of team members - You are actively involved in the Construction technology group and support it in its development Profile: - Completed education as Civil Engineer ETH / FH or comparable - Several years of professional experience as a Civil Engineer - Ideally, you have already gained initial leadership experience - You enjoy working in a team and are ready to take on technical as well as entrepreneurial responsibility - Analytical thinking, initiative, and creativity are the basis of your work
