To complement our team, we are looking for Chef de Rang (m/w/d) In this function, you work in a 100% workload in a small family team. The position is offered as a seasonal position with the option of a permanent position. Great importance is attached to cleanliness, friendliness and quality as a basic requirement. Your tasks • Professional and well-groomed service of food and drinks • Service in the restaurant area as well as at events • Service preparations, cleaning and cleaning work in the restaurant area • Ensuring cleanliness and order Our requirements • Several years of proven professional experience • Well-groomed and confident appearance as well as impeccable manners • Reliable, communicative and friendly personality • High service orientation with an eye for details and cleanliness • Reliability, flexibility and team ability • Very good German language skills (B2) in word and writing are mandatory • Good English and French language skills • Knowledge of Lightspeed is an advantage • Willingness to work on holidays and weekends We offer a challenging and varied activity in a renowned hotel on Lake Vierwaldstättersee.
