• 07 July 2026 • 70% • Indefinite duration • Allschwil Construction Project Manager (70%) Assume responsibility as the client's representative for new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects in Allschwil Allschwil, with its 22,500 inhabitants, is one of the largest municipalities in northwestern Switzerland and an innovative municipality on the outskirts of Basel. The proximity to this city shapes the character of Allschwil, without the municipality losing its autonomy. Thanks to dynamic development and numerous exciting construction projects, we are looking for a committed person to strengthen the construction project team on a long-term basis, starting immediately or by agreement, as a Construction Project Manager (70%) In this demanding and varied key position, you will assume project management on the client's side for new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects in the municipality of Allschwil. You will represent the client's interests vis-à-vis users, planners, and contractors and be responsible for costs, deadlines, and quality. You will report directly to the head of the construction department. Your tasks • Planning and implementation of construction projects - from the project idea to commissioning • Client-side management and coordination in phases SIA 1 to 5 • Preparation of condition analyses, feasibility studies, and decision bases • Autonomous technical and administrative management of projects • Support for budgeting and investment planning • Preparation of reports, applications, and working documents • Management, coordination, and control of external planners, specialists, and contractors • Representation of the municipality's interests as the owner and collection of the needs of future users • Ensuring costs, deadlines, and quality within the framework of project management Your profile You are a committed professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, enjoying demanding construction tasks and having a strong sense of responsibility. You have: • A university degree (ETH, FH, or equivalent) in architecture, construction management, or client representation, or a certified construction site manager or construction planning technician with a specialization in architecture • At least three years of professional experience as a client representative in the planning and implementation of construction projects in phases SIA 1 to 6 • In-depth knowledge of Swiss construction and planning law • A sure judgment in urban and architectural matters • A structured, autonomous, and precise way of working • Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to convince and assert yourself • The pleasure of collaborating with internal and external project partners • Excellent knowledge of German, both written and spoken Your perspective You can expect varied and exciting projects in a creative and collegial working environment.
