From coordination, admissions, transfers to discharges - you keep an overview and ensure that patients as well as medical staff are supported in the best possible way. YOUR ADVANTAGES WITH US • A workplace in the heart of Bern • Participation in mobility costs • Discount at the Salem pharmacy • Participation in the fitness subscription & entry to the indoor pool • Freetime Plus model (up to two weeks more vacation per year) Here you can take a closer look at which benefits you can profit from: Teamdiagnose.ch YOUR TASKS • You ensure the needs-based bed planning for regularly admitted patients and emergencies • Your tasks also include planning and coordinating the administrative admission process for our patients • You process case admissions professionally and provide competent information on hospital admissions through various communication channels • Interdisciplinary collaboration characterizes your daily work - so you work with the stations, reception, OP disposition and various medical practices • Your working hours are between 07:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday, on one to two weekends per month and occasionally on holidays between 08:00 and 12:00 YOUR PROFILE • You have completed training in the healthcare sector or in a medical profession and have a good understanding of medical contexts • Your professional experience in a comparable function in the healthcare sector is an advantage • Ideally, you are already a professional trainer or are interested in taking the professional trainer course • A pronounced ability to communicate with high organizational skills and a networked way of thinking characterizes you • You are a committed, friendly and customer-oriented person who is resilient and flexible • Very good German language skills in word and writing complete your profile; French language skills are desirable, additional language skills are a plus For additional information, Katarina Treska, Head of Patient Affairs, is available under T +41 31 335 73 72.
