For our Leasing Services & Residential Marketing team in Zurich, we are looking for a committed and independent personality as Allrounder real estate marketing (m/f/d), Opfikon, 80-100% The position is temporary from August 2026 - May 2027. This is what you will do: As an "allrounder", you support our marketing team with initial rental and marketing mandates of new construction and renovation projects throughout German-speaking Switzerland - project-related and wherever your support is needed You assist in the creation of market, target group, and property analyses as well as in the preparation of marketing documents, rent overviews, and reports You support the team in the planning, organization, and implementation of marketing measures and ensure smooth processes in daily business The coordination and preparation of viewings (conducted if necessary), interested party inquiries, as well as the administrative support of the rental process are part of your area of responsibility You take over the maintenance of marketing platforms, CRM systems, and databases and ensure the quality and up-to-dateness of the property information As the first point of contact, you support communication with interested parties, tenants, owners, developers, marketing partners, and other stakeholders You relieve the marketing experts of administrative tasks, appointment organization, as well as the preparation and follow-up of meetings and projects With your flexible and solution-oriented manner, you actively contribute to the further development of our marketing processes and the customer journey This is why you will succeed: You have a commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in the real estate sector You have already been able to gain professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in real estate marketing or initial rental You skillfully use digital affinity as well as sound PC and software skills in dealing with various systems and marketing platforms You work independently, structured, and reliably and maintain an overview even in hectic situations You communicate confidently in German; French and/or English are an advantage Flexibility, resilience, as well as a high customer and service orientation round off your profile Here are some of our benefits: Working hours: We practice mobile working with individual (annual) working hours and/or part-time work.
