Your area of responsibility Ensuring a smooth, safe, and clean condition of buildings, infrastructure, and technical facilities Regular inspection of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, solar, electrical, and locking systems Recognizing, reporting, and rectifying defects, damage, and technical malfunctions Responsibility for the order, safety, and maintenance of the entire property including green spaces and outdoor areas Supervision of the waste disposal yard, winter service, as well as co-responsibility for the vehicle fleet Support and coordination of external service providers and craftsmen Participation in internal projects Compliance with safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations Willingness to train apprentices Your profile Completed training as a Specialist in Operations Maintenance EFZ, Caretaker with federal professional diploma, or a comparable technical/manual basic training Several years of experience in technical maintenance, facility management, or operations maintenance, ideally in an industrial environment Good knowledge in handling building technical systems as well as technical understanding and manual dexterity Independent, structured, and reliable way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility Resilience, flexibility, and commitment Ability to work in a team, service-oriented appearance, and networked thinking Good manners, a well-groomed appearance, and organizational skills Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as solid PC skills Your perspective ®!
