Your main responsibilities# Commercial development### • Prospect new active clients in the construction sector. • Identify recruitment needs and propose adapted solutions. • Develop trust relationships with your clients and ensure their loyalty. • Make client visits and ensure regular follow-up of your partners. Recruitment### • Identify, select and recruit qualified profiles in the building trades. • Conduct recruitment interviews and evaluate the technical and human skills of candidates. • Build a talent pool and ensure personalized follow-up of candidates. • Ensure the placement of temporary and permanent employees. Your profile## • You have a first successful experience in recruitment, service sales or the construction sector. • You appreciate commercial development and human contact. • You have an excellent sense of organization and can manage several files simultaneously. • You are results-oriented while placing customer satisfaction at the heart of your priorities. • You are dynamic, autonomous and have a strong team spirit. • Knowledge of the regional economic fabric is a real asset. • You master French perfectly. Portuguese or Spanish is an asset.
