Your activities ### Disciplinary and technical leadership of the employees of an assembly team Ensuring regular information & communication within the team Resource planning of employees as well as responsibility for personnel requirements Ensuring parts supply for assembly Ensuring assembly processes and monitoring assembly regarding quality, deadline, and time specifications Proactive key figures regarding efficiency, quality, WIP as well as updating the daily situation on the Shopfloor Management Board Your profile ### Head of Final Assembly (a) sought Vocational training as Polymechaniker, Konstrukteur, Automatiker Further education at HF or FH in production planning, processes, project management or technology Several years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry in mechanical and plant engineering At least 5 years of experience in leadership Knowledge ### Lean and Change-Management Tools Skills in the areas of communication, conflict management and interpersonal relationships Languages ### Deutsch
