Senior IT SYSTEM ENGINEER (M365, Azure, VoIP) 80%-100% # Your field of activity • Versatile position with a focus on project coordination and tasks in the areas of IT and cloud engineering through to customer support. • A holistic solution portfolio consisting of cloud, on-prem, and hybrid models. • You advise our customers as an IT specialist and accompany them in the digitalization of their business processes. Your PROFILE • You have training as well as many years of professional experience in the field of IT system engineering, ideally at an IT service provider or an SME. • Your know-how focus lies particularly in the areas of M365, Azure, network, Windows Server & Endpoints as well as VoIP telephony. • You always proceed methodically and pay attention to a precise way of working. • Self-organization and the ability to handle complex tasks in a structured and efficient manner are among your strengths. • You have strong communication skills and can convey even technical topics in an understandable and clear manner. • You have a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate these into efficient technical solutions. • Experience in project management or project coordination is an advantage. • You master German at native speaker level and can express yourself confidently in English. • A driver's license is mandatory, as you will occasionally travel to our customers.
