Quality Manager Medical Technology (m/f/d) 100% Your tasks In this position, you are responsible for ensuring the quality of the products in terms of function, safety, and fulfillment of normative requirements in their development and manufacturing phases. This includes the following tasks: Co-design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the quality management system including the process landscape according to ISO13485 Evaluation of quality events, determination and monitoring of corrective and preventive measures (CAPA evaluation and processing) in close exchange with adjacent specialist departments Implementation and review of product releases Examination and participation in the development of new and the modification of existing products and processes with the aim that the projects fulfill internal and external specifications Participation in risk, complaint, and document management Monitoring developments in the area of relevant standards, regulations, and recommendations Support and implementation of internal and external audits Participation in supplier management Your profile Successfully completed scientific / technical studies or a completed vocational apprenticeship with further training towards quality management Professional experience in quality management in the medical device sector (ISO 13485) Good knowledge of current standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 10993 etc.) Experience with regulations for medical devices (MDR, 21 CFR Part 820) Very good English and German skills Reliable, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way of working Very good understanding of quality, high initiative, communication strength, and assertiveness Our offer Challenging environment in an innovative and strongly growing company Dynamic, highly motivated, and cheerful team High degree of personal responsibility and plenty of room for your personal development Transparent and open communication as well as partnership-based cooperation We look forward to receiving your complete application (cover letter, CV, and certificates)!
