• 04 August 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Zürich Tasks / Skills / Responsibilities Function: Senior Associate - Fintech & Digital Finance Level: Senior Working time: 100% Workplace: Zurich Line manager: Dr Alexander Lindemann Objective of the function: • Acquisition of mandates in the legal field • Comprehensive legal advice for national and international mandates on all aspects of Fintech law, including: • Development and operation of Fintech products and services • Regulation of the Fintech sector • Payment law • Crowdfunding and Crowdinvesting • Blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies • Data protection and data security • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and legal documents in the Fintech field, including partnership agreements, licensing agreements and financing agreements • Support for mandates regarding compliance with national and international laws and regulations, including CSSF, MSFSA, FMA, CIMA, BaFin supervisory regulation, AML/KYC rules and other regulations • Coordination and management of the legal aspects of Fintech projects, including due diligence and the structuring of innovative business models • Negotiation with client stakeholders, authorities and other providers • Representation of mandates before courts and arbitral bodies • Participation in the development of new products and services • Active collaboration within an international team • Participation in sector events and conferences • Active use of AI MbO / Measurement criteria: L-agreement on objectives is based on quantitative and qualitative criteria.
