Your responsibility You process applications for unemployment benefits independently and check the entitlement. You determine the insured income and pay out the unemployment benefits. You create rulings with sanctions or reject the claim. You advise internal and external customers on social insurance and rights and obligations in unemployment insurance. You check compliance with the correct notice periods and work towards a legally compliant termination of employment. Your profile You have a completed commercial basic training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ). You can show several years of professional experience in an unemployment insurance office. You have a good understanding of numbers and an interest in legal issues.
