In the residential area, we orient ourselves towards life without disability and place empowerment and social participation at the center. We provide support in individual apartments or small shared apartments. Together with the residential partners, we search for and develop individual paths and accompany them in their everyday life*. Individuality is lived not only in daily residential life but also in leisure activities. We accompany during travels, on group excursions, during outings, at open airs, in the sports hall, in the fitness room, while hiking, being lazy, or other activities that are currently trending. In order for our team in the residential area to continue to grow, we are looking for a humorous Specialist in Care 60-100% immediate or by arrangement. Your tasks: • You accompany people with a handicap according to their individual care needs in the areas of living, leisure, and holidays. • You ensure that everything runs smoothly in everyday residential life and support in household management. • You support with medical topics. • You organize and accompany holidays as well as cool and as individual leisure activities as possible in the evenings and on weekends. • You help to build and maintain rewarding everyday, leisure, and work structures. • You manage projects, care documents, as well as pocket money and household funds. Requirements: • You have completed training in the sought field. • You bring power, are enthusiastic, and have great fun in your work. • You enjoy cross-group cooperation, are flexible, possess much humor, and can organize well. • You have experience with various forms of disability or are willing to engage with them. • You are super knowledgeable in household management and also like to roll up your sleeves. • You possess a driving license Kat.B, understand dialect, and can use electronic aids in a contemporary manner. • You are persistent and do not lose your humor, even when it gets a bit tougher.
