Ensure optimal distribution of vehicles and available resources. Coordinate driver activity and maintain permanent contact with field teams. Adapt schedules according to unforeseen events, emergencies, or last-minute modifications. Guarantee compliance with deadlines, safety instructions, and current regulations. Monitor the progress of operations and ensure the smooth flow of information between different stakeholders. Participate in the continuous improvement of logistical and organizational processes. Maintain a high-quality professional relationship with clients, suppliers, and partners. Your profile Proven experience in transport planning, logistics, public works, or the construction sector. Former heavy goods vehicle driver, professional driver, or significant experience on construction sites: a real asset. Very good knowledge of the field and the regional fabric. Excellent organizational, coordination, and priority management skills. Reactive personality, capable of making decisions quickly. Ease in human contact and team management.
