Draftsperson specializing in architecture

For our client in the Schaffhausen area, we are looking for an experienced personality to strengthen the team as a  Draftsperson specializing in architecture ###  Your tasks • Creation of project, execution, and detail plans in CAD • Implementation of sketches into CAD • Independent processing of building permit applications • Direct contact and clarifications with offices and building authorities • Support of the project team in solving drawing challenges and construction technology questions • Close cooperation with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals • Co-responsibility, monitoring, and updating of planning documents according to construction progress • Daily administrative and office work  Our requirements • Completed training as Zeichner/in EFZ specializing in architecture or completed studies in the field of architecture • Professional experience in execution planning • Sound knowledge in the creation of concept, project, execution, and detail plans • Knowledge and application of valid Swiss construction standards, norms, and regulations • Independent recording and measurement of existing buildings • Strengths in spatial and design thinking • Confident handling of common CAD programs (preferably Vectorworks) • Knowledge in 3D and BIM planning is an advantage   If you are interested in this position, do not hesitate and email your complete application documents with photo and salary expectations to us. • Permanent position • Full Time • 8200 Schaffhausen • Published 1 day ago
