Tasks

• initial telephone contact for customers regarding order and complaint management
• order processing from A-Z
• creation and processing of special orders
• cooperation with various departments

Requirements

• completed commercial training
• German at native speaker level
• Very good English, French and Italian skills
• experience in customer service
