Mechanic Trainer (M/F)

*Introduction* ## For our Human Resources department, we are looking for a Mechanic Trainer (M/F) whose main mission will be to transmit knowledge and skills to young people in training in the field of mechanics and to prepare apprentices for qualification procedures. *Responsibilities* ## • Train apprentices and employees on automatic turning technology • Provide inter-company courses to apprentices • Participate in the development of training and update course materials • Regularly monitor and evaluate acquired knowledge and skills • Regularly maintain and develop pedagogical and technical skills *Profile* ## • CFC in mechanics (4 years) • Confirmed experience in the areas of setup, adjustment and tool changes on Tornos and Citizen type automatic turning technologies • Experience in training apprentices • Comfortable with programming and knowledge of cutting and rolling is an asset • Ability to make interlocutors feel at ease, especially with the younger generation, and to provide feedback • Good pedagogue, inclined to transmit knowledge with enthusiasm and to engage in self-reflection • Ability to create and maintain working relationships based on trust *Conclusion* ## We offer you a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, flexible working time solutions and first-class social benefits.
