YOUR TASKS • Processing, executing, and documenting work orders as well as recording and forwarding malfunctions and complaints in the Waveware system • Performing maintenance work and repairs on and in the buildings • Checking the functionality of technical systems • Maintenance (furniture, lamps, and other equipment) • Ensuring general order and cleanliness in the buildings <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed vocational training as Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ (Swiss Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or equivalent qualification) preferred • Several years of experience in facility management and the service sector. Experience in the area of a technical service in the hospital sector is an advantage. • Independent, autonomous, and team-oriented way of working • Well-groomed and friendly appearance • Valid driving license Cat.
