What awaits you You greet and look after customers, guests and visitors professionally and ensure first-class service. You ensure smooth reception operations, process telephone calls as well as e-mails and coordinate incoming requests. You take on administrative tasks such as mail processing, ordering, ticket management, data maintenance as well as the administration of badges and parking spaces. You coordinate meetings and events, support catering events and work closely with internal interfaces such as IT, facility management and housekeeping. You take responsibility in access and security management and support organizational tasks related to the location. What you bring with you Completed commercial training or training in the service/hotel sector as well as professional experience in a comparable function. Very good German and ösisch skills in spoken and written form (mandatory) as well as good English skills. Sound MS-Office skills and a structured, independent way of working. Strong service orientation, organizational skills, teamwork and joy in dealing with people. Flexibility regarding working hours as well as the willingness to perform approx. 1–2 holiday shifts per year.
