As a guarantor of its values and culture, you ensure the sustainability of commitments to the insured, the quality of benefits, as well as rigorous management in compliance with the legal framework, notably the LPP. You work in close collaboration with the Foundation Board and its commissions, for which you prepare the work and implement the decisions. Your responsibilities: • Ensure the overall direction and management of the foundation • Participate in and implement the strategy defined by the Foundation Board • Guarantee legal and regulatory compliance (LPP, OPP2) • Supervise financial management, accounting and reporting • Drive asset management (monitoring mandates, performance, risks) • Supervise the real estate activities of the foundation • Lead and develop internal teams • Guarantee the quality of services to insured members and affiliated employers • Ensure relations with internal and external partners (actuary, auditor, asset managers, authorities) We offer: a leadership role with high strategic impact within a stable institutional environment, wide autonomy in the conduct of activities and attractive conditions in line with the responsibilities of the position. Main place of work: Sierre Start date: 1st May 2027 or to be agreed Application deadline: 11 September 2026 Profile description ## Your profile: • Federal diploma of pension fund manager, Federal certificate of pension specialist or equivalent training • Proven experience in occupational pension schemes • Solid mastery of the Swiss legal framework for occupational pension schemes (LPP) • Good knowledge of financial management and institutional investments • Management and organizational leadership experience • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent mastery of French and good knowledge of German • Sense of responsibility, integrity and decision-making spirit See all offers from PREvoyance Santé Valais
