For our injection molding production, we are looking for a specialist who wants to take responsibility for machines and processes – and who enjoys getting the optimum out of a tool. Your tasks Setting up, running in, and optimizing our plastics injection molding machines Tool changes as well as setting up and supervising peripheral devices (temperature control units, drying systems, handling, robotics) Independent setting and adjusting of process parameters Analyzing and rectifying process disturbances and quality deviations Ensuring product quality including initial and process controls as well as documentation Supporting and instructing the trained employees at the systems Participation in new starts, improvement projects, and maintenance Your profile Completed apprenticeship as Plastics Technologist EFZ (or equivalent completed basic training in the plastics sector) – this qualification is a prerequisite First professional experience in injection molding is an advantage; motivated career starters after apprenticeship are also welcome Very good German language skills in speaking and writing (at least level B2/C1) – mandatory for work instructions, safety instructions, and communication in the team Strong technical understanding and a structured, quality-conscious way of working Readiness for shift work (early and late shifts) Reliability, team spirit, and the readiness to take responsibility Valid work permit for Switzerland or residence in Switzerland What we offer A thorough induction by your direct supervisor, an experienced specialist who introduces you step by step and also supports you in daily business afterwards Above-average remuneration, coordinated with your training and experience Workload of 80–100 % – we will discuss the exact split together Scope for action and the opportunity to develop professionally A small, well-coordinated team with short decision-making paths Modern, clean workplace and a secure employer Parking space, further training, 5 weeks vacation Interested?
