ROLE The Team Leader is responsible for leading, organizing, and supervising landscaping activities (flower beds, shrubs, lawns, grass, urban furniture) and ensures the maintenance of high-quality aesthetics across the entire Prilly site. Their role is to guarantee the execution of work according to quality and safety standards and within the specified deadlines. • System and administration: carry out purchase requests, entries of goods or services, and validate the receipt of invoices. • Collaborate in maintaining inventories. • Coordination of work: organize and plan the tasks of team members in the field according to planned and unplanned operational activities. • Organize, monitor, and coordinate heavy work or projects executed by external providers. • Ensure the smooth running of activities, from the start to the finalization of operations. • Winter service: contribute to the snow removal and salting of roads and paths. • Team supervision: lead and motivate the team by promoting good team spirit and effective communication. • Train and support team members for the development of their technical and professional skills. • Quality and safety control: ensure the quality of the work performed and its compliance with the client's specifications. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and apply risk prevention procedures. • Management of materials and equipment: manage the supply of necessary materials and products and ensure their proper use. • Supervise the maintenance and proper use of machines and tools. • Customer relations: be the direct interlocutor for customers, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction. • Report on the progress of work and resolve any problems in consultation with their hierarchical line. PROFILE • Federal certificate of proficiency as a landscape foreman or green space maintenance foreman or equivalent title in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar position. • Driving license B, or even C1 + trailer. • Interest in environmental issues and nature-friendly working techniques. • Good knowledge of perennial plant beds. • Ability to work outdoors, in all weather, in connection with the rhythm of the seasons. • Sense of organization, autonomy, good ability to anticipate, and solution orientation. Collaborative spirit. • Sense of observation and creativity. • Knowledge and respect for safety rules. • Proficiency in French, English and/or German is an asset. • Good mastery of Microsoft O365, MS Office, SharePoint, ShareFile, SAP S4HANA office software. Working hours may vary according to operational needs and service requirements. Work is carried out mostly outdoors, subject to weather conditions.
