The team follows and supports seven children within a French-speaking group in a semi-residential setting in a beautiful environment in Biel. Your tasks • You work with motivated colleagues within an interdisciplinary team, in which the fields of medicine, therapy, pedagogy and nursing are represented • You commit yourself to the well-being of the children and you are interested in systemic work. • Close interdisciplinary cooperation requires commitment, flexibility and team spirit • You ensure that you integrate the children and adolescents/es as well as the adults in care at the center of your reflections and actions • You place importance on the perspective-taking of your ideas and your acts and you want to expand your knowledge Your profile • You have completed HES training in social work, experience in the care of school-age children as well as good skills in German • You demonstrate enthusiasm, autonomy, resistance to stress and as well as the willingness to dialogue appropriately with our patients and their relatives • You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary environment • You have good computer skills • You are a native French speaker (or German) with very good knowledge of the other language, oral and written Portrait As a competence center in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy in the capital region, the clinic covers the entire chain of psychiatric care, from early detection to rehabilitation including outpatient, inpatient and day hospital treatments.
