Job Description Main mission of the function: • Technical development of new products, design and monitoring of technical files. • Management of cross-functional R&D projects; case/dial and movement. Task description: • Management of cross-functional projects : • Watchmaking case/dial • Mechanical and quartz movements • Data management system (PLM) • Development of innovative concepts in partnership with our various Swatch Group entities • Development of new products: cases, dials, hands and bracelets in collaboration with the various Longines departments and our external partners • Creation and management of technical files during the product life cycle • Technical support to the various Longines departments Required skills • Organized and analytical person • Good management of priorities • Pragmatic, rigorous, conscientious, enthusiastic and positive in nature • Spirit of initiative and leadership qualities • Good communication skills Profile • You hold a HES engineering degree or equivalent. • You have additional project manager training and confirmed experience (5 to 10 years) in a similar position. • Field experience in the industrialization and/or manufacturing of watchmaking components. • Very good mastery of volumetric and surface CAD as well as mastery of 'Catia' software are indispensable. • Mastery of finite element simulation, Abaqus-Forge as well as Dassault Systèmes PLM 3DExperience is an asset. • Good knowledge of RDM. • Knowledge of SAP Languages • Excellent mastery of the French language, both spoken and written. • Good knowledge of English. • Any other language is an asset.
