Together, we work today on the solutions of tomorrow, in close collaboration with our customers and always with high quality standards.   Reliability & Maintenance Engineer 80-100% # What you will do: • Ensure the reliability and maintainability of current or modernized installations by performing risk analyses • Develop the maintenance program (preventive maintenance, calibrations, spare parts, CMMS master data), perform root cause analyses in case of failures and support internal and external audits • Provide technical support and mentoring to engineers and technicians as well as support in problem-solving on installations • Write and verify specifications for system upgrades and replacement investments • Plan capacities and analyze the limits of the site's infrastructure systems, develop improvements to increase reliability and efficiency   What you bring: • Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent as well as at least 3 years of relevant experience in engineering • Extensive experience in the field of technical building equipment, e.g. HVAC, cooling systems and compressed air installations, as well as in capacity planning, system diagnostics and optimization of technical installations performance • Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and its practical application • Experience with CMMS systems as well as ability to read and interpret technical plans • Very good knowledge of German and English Why Comet?
