Building Technician (a)

As a building technician, you ensure that electrical systems or HLKSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, electrical) function flawlessly at all times, for more comfort, safety, and efficiency. Building Technician (a) • Monitoring and execution of maintenance and repair work on the technical plant (HLK) in production, office, laboratory, and other buildings • Coordinating and carrying out all necessary work in cooperation with the responsible departments • Maintaining various documentation • Carrying out fault analyses and rectifying technical malfunctions in building technology Qualifications • Completed vocational training in an HLK or electrical profession (e.g. building technology, heating/air conditioning technology, electrical engineering) • Experience in maintenance, maintenance, or building automation • Technical understanding of complex systems and building technology systems • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work • Willingness for standby duty • Driver's license category B (mandatory) • Knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ready to help shape the building technology of tomorrow?
