At 15 locations, we care for over 2400 school children from municipal primary schools and kindergartens. In the Schönenwegen daycare, a lively, multicultural environment awaits you, in which you can make a significant impact. In your new role, you will actively help shape the future of our children, taking on the main responsibility for a dynamic group of children aged 4 to 13 years. You will shape their everyday lives as well as leisure activities and create a supportive, inspiring environment. In close cooperation with your team and through regular exchange with parents, you will ensure the best possible pedagogical support according to our framework concept and quality mission statement. Additionally, you will engage in the promotion of young talent by competently accompanying and supporting students of social and childhood pedagogy on their professional paths. Your way of working is reflective and conceptually oriented, and in addition to organizational skills, you also bring administrative skills as well as good PC knowledge. We look forward to you if you • bring a tertiary degree (HF/FH) in Social Work or Childhood Pedagogy. • have experience in working with children and their heterogeneous living environments. • convince through reliability, resilience, and a benevolent, solution-oriented attitude. • enjoy working in a team and reflective and conceptual working are among your skills. • meet the necessary requirements for the practical training of apprentices and students. • have a flair for administration.
