• 02 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Several locations available 1204 Geneva Show more On behalf of one of our clients, a recognized player in the universe of high jewelry and as part of the development of its activities, we are looking for: a Project Manager Function : • Activity rate 100% • Type of contract: Indefinite duration • Entry into function: ideally on August 15, 2026 or by agreement • Place of work: Geneva Your role : Within a human-sized structure of less than 10 collaborators, you will be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of high jewelry projects. You will ensure the interface between internal teams, partners, workshops and suppliers to guarantee the smooth running of projects at each stage of their realization. The main responsibilities associated with this position include: • Piloting high jewelry projects in their entirety, ensuring the coordination of internal teams and external partners from launch to delivery. • Managing the supply and monitoring of precious stones, ensuring their availability, traceability and rigorous management of stocks and internal flows. • Coordinating partners, subcontractors and workshops, and ensuring monitoring of manufacturing projects until the finalization of creations. • Ensuring the monitoring, distribution and allocation of costs to different projects. • Guaranteeing the reliability and monitoring of all project data, stocks, flows and costs in the ERP. Sought profile : • You have at least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects, ideally within a high jewelry, jewelry, watchmaking or demanding production industry environment. • You hold a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certification. • Mastery of English (minimum level C1). • Excellent presentation • At ease with ERP software Additionally, you: • Demonstrate a good team spirit; • Are meticulous and pay great attention to detail. • Have a good sense of aesthetics. • A creative spirit is an asset. • Demonstrate excellent organizational and coordination skills.
