Your mission in the green area: • Passionate consulting: You inspire our customers and advise them competently on plants, fertilizers, irrigation systems, and creative garden design. • Plant care: With your green thumb, you care for our stocks so that they always appear vital, fresh, and inviting. • Creating experience worlds: You ensure an optically convincing department and stage the goods in a sales-promoting and creative way. • Getting involved in the team: From goods receipt to active assortment care, you motivatedly pull together in the entire Stadtgarten. Qualifications This is what you bring: • The foundation: A completed apprenticeship as a gardener (EFZ) or a comparable qualification in the green sector. • The mindset: You understand the needs of hobby gardeners and professionals equally and speak fluent German. • The endurance: You enjoy working in the fresh air (seasonal operation), are physically resilient, and bloom in direct customer contact. • The drive: You see the work, think proactively, and appreciate the dynamics in modern retail.
