For the future development of our Product Management Aluminium Systems department, we are looking for an initiative support as Product Manager Schüco (m/f) 80-100% This is what you will be doing: • Responsibility for Schüco's aluminium systems in Switzerland • Support for the Schüco product portfolio from planning, marketing to product discontinuation • Project management for the further development of products and systems for the Swiss market • Creation of market, product and competition analyses including planning and implementation of operational and strategic measures • Creation and implementation of business and market launch plans for new products • Formulation of requirement profiles (specification sheets) for new products • Processing of product information and conducting internal and external product training • Responsibility for efficient cooperation with Schüco • Representation of the company at trade fairs and exhibitions This is what you bring with you: • Completed commercial and/or technical basic training as well as at least two years of professional experience • Studies with a relevant topic and/or professional experience in product management are desirable • In-depth technical knowledge in the field of building systems, metal construction and/or mechatronics • Market- and target-oriented as well as analytical thinking, structured approach • Dynamic, convincing and implementation-strong personality with high communication skills • Pleasure in teamwork as well as with internal and external partners • Negotiation-secure German, foreign languages such as English, French and/or Italian are an advantage This is what you can expect: • Innovative, future-oriented family business, managed in the 3rd generation, world market leader in steel systems • Company culture characterized by a sense of responsibility and trust • Diverse opportunities to bring in your own experiences and competencies • Modern employment conditions (see "Career" at jansen.com) • A strong team • Comprehensive introductory seminars at Jansen Oberriet as well as at Schüco in Bielefeld, Germany Interested?
