Bern, Switzerland | 80-100% What you can contribute • Lead and conduct audits concerning strategic projects and organizational initiatives, identify weaknesses, and formulate well-founded recommendations focused on their implementation • Analyze governance, steering, change and risk management, as well as the profitability of organizations and their processes and the achievement of their objectives • Work interdisciplinarily, develop new audit methods, and conduct demanding interviews with stakeholders from very diverse backgrounds • Write concise and impactful reports for the federal administration, the Federal Council, and Parliament • Actively invest within the team, share acquired knowledge, and contribute to the development of well-founded audit results <br /> What makes you unique • Degree from a higher education institution in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or an equivalent discipline, as well as several years of experience in the fields of audit, consulting, project management, transformation, or organizational development • Ideally, additional training such as CIA, CISA, PMP, IPMA, or equivalent certification • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present complex situations clearly and appropriately for the target audience • Confidence, assured judgment, and interest in demanding discussions; innovative, reliable, proactive, and flexible personality, with a strong team spirit and an inclusive approach • Excellent knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English <br /> In a few words For our project and organizational audits competence center, we are looking for an experienced person with solid experience in the fields of audit, project management, or transformation. You will quickly grasp complex issues, ask the right questions, and evaluate ambitious projects independently and according to a risk-based approach. You will identify areas requiring measures and formulate well-founded recommendations aimed at improving steering, organization, and profitability, work that will contribute to strengthening transparency and efficiency and will produce direct, lasting, and significant effects. You will move with ease in varied technical, organizational, and linguistic environments and conduct demanding interviews with executives and specialists throughout Switzerland.
