On behalf of one of our clients based in Yverdon, we are looking for a MacOS / APPLE proximity support Technician or Technician Main missions: *Provide proximity support to users:* • Offer technical support and quality follow-up to users on IT hardware (workstations, tablets and any managed peripheral) or during connectivity problems • Pedagogically guide the user in resolving malfunctions or during changes, take remote control of the system within the limits of their accreditations. • Record all user requests and incidents in the ticketing tool • Perform a pre-diagnosis, qualify, then sort all user requests and incidents • Escalate major breakdowns, anomalies and 'out of norm' cases according to the procedures in place • Process and ensure follow-up of their tickets and those assigned to their scope • Proceed with a complete diagnosis on hardware assumed to be defective or broken • Control and verify the proper functioning of workstations, tablets and any managed peripheral on site as well as deployed applications, software and configurations • Prepare and pre-configure IT hardware before its commissioning on site, configure it once on site *Contribute to the maintenance of the hardware inventory:* • Verify and maintain the hardware inventory during interventions. • Intervene on workstations that report an anomaly in the hardware inventory and perform all necessary manipulations to correct it. • Keep the hardware inventory up to date after receipt of new equipment, during moves or replacements of existing equipment. *Ensure the reception and delivery of IT hardware and ensure its maintenance in operational condition:* • Inventory the received hardware and store it in the premises provided for this purpose, paying particular attention to order, in compliance with security rules. Enter entries and exits into the central database. • Transport new, repaired, exchanged or renewed IT hardware and proceed with its commissioning at its destination location within the prescribed deadlines. • Take charge of broken or defective hardware (computers, tablets and any managed peripheral), coordinate and proceed with its transport from the repair center once the repair or exchange is finalized. • Perform hardware transfers between the different sites of the service. *Participate in the enrichment of documentation and knowledge bases:* • Write support documentation intended for users and adapt it so that it is always up to date and follows the evolution of digital tools. • Write and maintain up to date internal procedures for the commissioning, operation and exploitation of IT tools. • Keep skills up to date by self-training on the evolution of equipment and tools using knowledge bases, internal and external documentation. Profile sought: • Knowledge of MacOS, iPadOS, tvOS operating systems and Microsoft 365 products • Interest and curiosity for new technologies and multimedia equipment (gateways, displays, interactivity, etc.) • Aptitude for self-training • Apple and Microsoft certification is a plus • Driver's license and residence in Switzerland mandatory Qualities: • Sense of responsibility towards customers • Helpfulness, empathy and customer orientation • Adaptability and flexibility • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in French • Punctuality, autonomy and organization Start date: June 2026 Is this opportunity interesting to you?
