Deputy Team Leader: Delivery of Letters and Packages (Development Program in the Distribution Area)

You can achieve this • In this role, you will get to know all areas of work in delivery over 12 months. • In addition to your day-to-day business in delivery, the focus is on leadership activities. • You will gain insights into the leadership tasks of letter and package delivery as well as in the support organization and can expand your knowledge. • Take the opportunity to gain cross-functional operational and leadership experience while being accompanied and supported by a member of the management. • You will have the chance to network internally through your diverse deployments and understand the overall delivery processes. • After successful completion, versatile development opportunities open up - whether in team or sub-area management. You bring this with you • You have experience in logistics and want to further develop yourself in the field of delivery and leadership. • A strong affinity for numbers as well as interest in the logistics industry and organizationally demanding tasks characterize you. • You are open to people and changes, have a winning, self-confident and solution-oriented personality and gladly take on responsibility and leadership tasks. • In hectic situations, you keep a cool head and show both physical and mental resilience. • You are physically fit and have a driver's license category B and A1. • You communicate very well in writing and speaking German.
