Tasks You coordinate the Risk Management, the Business Continuity Management (BCM) as well as the Internal Control System (IKS) of the Tiefbauamt. You advise the management, moderate workshops and create sound decision-making foundations for dealing with risks and for strengthening organizational resilience. You support the specialist departments in the identification, assessment and management of risks as well as in the implementation of control measures. You coordinate cross-departmental governance processes and work together with municipal specialist departments. You pragmatically and results-oriented further develop processes, instruments and standards for Risk Management, BCM and the IKS.
