September 2026 Job description KELLER Pressure AG is an internationally active company with its headquarters and production site in Winterthur. With the Kinderkrippe Möwe, founded in 2001, a place was created where the children of employees can stay during their working hours. Meanwhile, the nursery is also open to external children with 22 childcare places. The Möwe team looks after two mixed-age groups from the age of two months to five years, who are admitted both full-time and part-time. To strengthen our team in our colorful and friendly nursery, we are looking for a Group Leader FaBe Childcare 100% as of 1. September 2026 or by arrangement. Main tasks - Management and organization of the mixed-age group of children from two months to five years old - Care and age-appropriate promotion of the entrusted children - Active involvement in the planning of varied daily routines - Planning and implementation of excursions and pedagogical activities (sequences) - Responsibility for the design of the premises. Profile - Successfully completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ - Several years of practical experience in the care of toddlers - Joy in interacting with children - Very good German skills in speaking and writing - Teamwork skills, flexibility and reliability - Creative, empathetic and warm personality.
