The newly created Staff of the SSR is responsible, in collaboration with the regional directorates and national domains, for the uniform management of all SSR staff tasks. This includes SSR management processes, corporate development, process optimization, legal issues, and the management of SSR partners. Your mission #### Within the Organisation & Process team, your tasks will be as follows: • development, initiation and support of future-oriented organizational models, focusing on structure (organizational design), • elaboration and management of roles and partial organizational charts at the company level, • analysis and prioritization of organizational change needs; continuous optimization of organizational structures and bodies, • advising individuals in management functions on organizational issues; support for strategic projects, • participation in the implementation and development of organizational management at the company level.
