Activation and occupation You plan and implement meaningful and enjoyable individual and group activities that are tailored to the needs and resources of the residents. Reference person work You take on the role of reference person for individual residents and maintain contact with their relatives. Documentation You carefully record observations and care services in Lobos and contribute to quality assurance.
