The Hochbauamt is looking for, as of immediately or by arrangement, a Your tasks <br /> • You represent the canton in its role as the client and manage demanding new construction, renewal, and maintenance projects across all project phases. • You take responsibility for quality, costs, and deadlines and lead projects towards success in a goal-oriented manner. • You advocate for high functional, ecological, and design-aesthetic qualities. • You coordinate and lead internal and external project participants and ensure effective cooperation. • You represent the interests of the canton towards user groups, planners, authorities, and other stakeholders. • You make a significant contribution to the sustainable, economical, and architecturally convincing further development of the cantonal real estate portfolio. <br /> Your profile <br /> • Completed studies as an Architect or Engineer (ETH, UNI or FH) • Several years of experience in the project management of construction projects across all phases, from project definition to commissioning, in Switzerland • Knowledge or interest in the field of building preservation and sustainable value preservation of real estate • Strong understanding of quality, costs, and deadlines as well as a solution-oriented way of working • Networked thinking, initiative, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation • High service orientation as well as a confident and winning appearance • Stylistically confident oral and written expression in German <br /> Our offer We offer an interesting, demanding, and versatile activity in a professional team, flexible working hours, attractive employment conditions, and interesting further training opportunities.
