In the Social Services department, we are looking for a Social Worker FH/HFS (80 - 100%, m/f/d) for a fixed-term employment of 12 months (with option for extension), via persofort or by arrangement. The Social Services department, with its 18 employees, is responsible for the provision of statutory social assistance, voluntary social counseling, asylum affairs, as well as the management of adult protection mandates. To complement and strengthen our team, we are therefore looking for a new colleague. Your main tasks are: Verification of eligibility requirements for receiving economic social assistance, taking into account the legal foundations and the principle of subsidiarity Development and implementation of goal-oriented individual aid plans including interdisciplinary cooperation within the framework of case management Needs assessment for the economic integration of eligible persons Counseling of individuals and families on personal, family, and financial topics within the framework of social legislation Execution of administrative activities in cooperation with the Administration team (tandem system) Carrying out assessments in the field of adult protection on behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authority Management of adult protection mandates on behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authority You have a degree in Social Work FH or a comparable education. Existing professional experience in economic social assistance, the management of adult protection mandates, as well as knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system, are an advantage.
