Responsibilities ### • Supervise and coordinate work on construction sites, ensuring respect for deadlines, budgets, and quality until the reception of the work • Collaborate closely with Clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders • Ensure administrative and technical monitoring of projects • Establishment of measurements and submissions • Guarantee compliance with construction standards and local regulations • Participate in site meetings and write minutes • Manage unforeseen events and propose adapted solutions Qualifications ### • HES, EPF or equivalent diploma • Confirmed experience in Works Management, ideally in Switzerland • Excellent knowledge of Swiss construction standards and administrative processes • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with rigor and organization • Communication skills and ability to work in a team • Mastery of common computer tools (MS Office), Autocad, MSProject and Messerli (an asset) • Sense of organization, autonomy, rigor, and priority management • Team spirit, stress resistance, and adaptability • Mastery of French (spoken and written) Benefits ### • A stimulating and collaborative work environment • Varied and innovative projects • A modern and pleasant work setting Information to apply ### If this position interests you and you want to join a passionate and dynamic team, we invite you to submit your application directly via the online response form.
