Living diversity As the largest social enterprise in the Basel area, we at BSB (Bürgerspital Basel) with around 1'600 employees offer meaningful work, self-determined living as well as comprehensive care and support.   The Spittelhof in Biel-Benken offers 13 adult women and men of all ages with mental and/or cognitive impairment a short- or long-term home. 18 adapted workplaces are available to employees living internally and externally. Life at Spittelhof is characterized by the rural milieu in a special living atmosphere.   We are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Supervisor Day Activities and Supported Work 80 % ## Your mission You accompany employees with mental and/or cognitive impairment in Supported Work and support them in domestic activities. With joy, expertise and an open eye for individual strengths, you jointly design a meaningful and well-structured work and daily routine with the participants.  An important part of your task is key person work for five to seven participants. In doing so, you promote their resources, accompany developments and coordinate the support to the individual need. Simple nursing tasks as well as the exchange with relatives, specialists and third parties also belong to your varied area of responsibility.
