Your mission ## As an expert in machine rental, you ensure the operational and commercial management of the agency, supervise the team and are responsible for the economic results of the branch. Your responsibilities ## Operational management • Ensure quality customer service according to Avesco Rent standards • Plan rentals, transports and machine preparation • Manage the machine fleet and equipment entries/exits • Establish offers, contracts and advise clients • Coordinate the team's work priorities • Collaborate with other branches and headquarters Administrative management • Manage the cash desk, invoicing and debtor tracking • Establish delivery and return slips • Monthly closing and administrative monitoring of the agency • Coordinate spare parts orders Personnel management • Recruit, plan and supervise collaborators • Train, motivate and support the team • Organize regular meetings • Ensure safety and be the agency's main contact person Commercial responsibility • Develop and retain customers • Implement local commercial strategy • Monitor objectives and increase turnover • Analyze the market and develop the customer portfolio Your profile ## Training • CFC commercial employee or equivalent training • 3 to 5 years of experience in the service sector • Team management experience • Good commercial and technical knowledge • Mastery of computer tools (Excel, Word) • Excellent writing and relational skills • Good oral knowledge of German (an asset) What we offer you ## We are a community that values autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit and diversity.
