The team, consisting of 20 employees, specializes in general medicine. We care for patients in a committed and quality-oriented manner. We have different working hours and part-time work is possible in all functions. What you can achieve ## As a leading MPA, you actively shape the daily practice and support your team with technical expertise and leadership. Medbase offers you the freedom and support you need to further develop the team and optimize practice processes. • Technical and personnel management of the MPA team • Organization and optimization of practice processes for a smooth workflow • Supervision and support of trainees during their training • Introduction of new employees and ensuring their integration into the team • IT key user and participation in the site management for the further development of the practice What you bring ## • Completed training as an MPA with additional qualification as an MPK or comparable training • Leadership experience, ideally in a deputy or similar leadership function • Team player with leadership qualities and joy in instructing and developing employees • Experience and knowledge in laboratory, X-ray and infusions • IT affinity and secure handling of IT systems • Vocational trainer qualification and experience in the KV area ## Ready for the future? .   ## #WeAreMedbase  ##   The Medbase Group is one of the leading companies in outpatient healthcare.
