Your responsibilities: Ensure project management and their realization in compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality Guarantee the safety of people, property, and the environment, as well as compliance with security directives and measures Manage and develop the personnel of the Hydroelectric Operating Group (GEH) Organize work by ensuring optimal occupation of employees Operate and maintain the assigned production and distribution facilities, in compliance with budgetary provisions and production and performance objectives Propose operating and investment budgets Your skills: CFC as an electrician, automation technician, mechanic or equivalent trade, with a federal diploma as a maintenance manager or HES engineer in the mentioned fields Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of hydroelectric production or in industry, in a similar function Proven experience in personnel management Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to master emergency situations and fluctuations in workload Very good mastery of IT tools We offer attractive working conditions and a pleasant atmosphere, supported by company values.
