Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute • Guarantee the stability of operations and the end-to-end lifecycle management of identity and collaboration services in hybrid environments (on-premises and in M365), including accounts, permissions, groups, mailboxes, directory service objects, and Exchange objects • Ensure the quality, availability, and stability of services, and continuously develop and optimize operational processes and services • Identify, analyze, and implement new requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders, and support the process from the design stage to the stage of routine operation • Design, implement, and manage automation and integration solutions for processes and interfaces, notably using PowerShell and other comparable technologies • Perform systematic analyses of existing processes, identify optimization possibilities, and participate in the development of standardized and digitized service processes • Work in close collaboration with internal and external partners, apply and develop agile working methods (e.g., Kanban, scrum, SAFe) in order to ensure service operation that is efficient and customer-need oriented <br /> What makes you unique • CFC in IT, accompanied by a degree from a higher education institution (HES or ES) or equivalent specialized or technical continuing education • Several years of experience in the operation of complex Microsoft environments • Excellent knowledge of the Active Directory environment, particularly group management and the logical structure of organizational units • Experience with M365 services (Azure Directory, tenant management, etc.) • Knowledge of programming and script writing (e.g., PowerShell), an asset • Good active knowledge of two official languages <br /> In a few words Are you interested in people and their different needs in your professional daily life, and do you like to offer your help in case of problems or answer questions?
