Commercial Employee (m/f/d) Service Internal Sales Northwest Switzerland

You will take over the scheduling and coordination of our service technicians for warranty assignments, repairs, and maintenance for Northern and Western Switzerland in German and French. You are responsible for the technical clarification and the commercial processing of service and maintenance orders. You process customer inquiries, offers, and order placements, check material invoices, and undertake further general office activities and administrative tasks. In addition, you support the processing of external service providers or subcontractors. Your other tasks include inventory management and the transport processing of material deliveries. You have completed technical or commercial training. Professional experience in technical customer service/service is a plus. You speak and write fluent German and have good to very good French skills. You convince with strong teamwork and communication skills and a high understanding of service with direct customer contact. A customer- and service-oriented systematic way of working as well as organizational ability are a matter of course for you. You possess a technical affinity.
