for the two-year diploma training at the Medienausbildungszentrum (MAZ) Luzern from 1 March 2027 to 28 February 2029. Your area of activity • You spend part of the training in the regional department of the Bieler Tagblatt. Here, you dive deep into the Biel-Seeland region and write reports independently • You also spend part of the time in our online editorial office of ajour. Here, you take care of our news app, design and write online articles as well as social media posts. You take over online shifts independently (in three-shift operation) • In parallel, you complete the diploma training at MAZ Luzern (90 course days, diploma thesis) Your ideal profile • You have ideally already gained experience in journalism through an internship • You are at least 20 years old, have completed vocational training or a Matura • You write confidently in German • You are enthusiastic about both the digital world and print journalism • Plus points are if you are familiar with the Biel/Seeland region and have a driver's license • You are independent, take responsibility, show commitment and creativity • You can communicate in French and translate texts from French to German with the help of programs Your perspectives • With us, you dive deep into daily journalism and get to know all aspects of print and online journalism in a convergent media house • You have the opportunity to work in our bilingual editorial office and gain insight into all media (print, online, radio, TV) • A collegial team is looking forward to you Have we sparked your interest?
