Qualifications and characteristics ## • Bachelor's degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering/machine construction or similar course of study • Pronounced IT affinity with very good office skills and basic knowledge of data analysis (Power BI, Grafana) and SPS programming are advantageous. • Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (at least B1) • Pronounced analytical skills as well as structured problem-solving competence • High implementation strength, independence, and pronounced design will in a dynamic environment • Willingness to travel of around 20% About the job ## As a Process and Projects Engineer, you actively shape the further development of our manufacturing processes and value streams. Your goal is to ensure efficient, sustainable, and customer-oriented production. You are responsible for the development, procurement, and commissioning of new production facilities as well as the further development of existing facilities and manufacturing processes. In doing so, you test and implement new technologies and processes, ensure process safety, plant availability, and quality, and drive continuous optimization in terms of process stability, waste, energy efficiency, and material use. The development of procedures for alternative materials and new products is also part of your tasks. In close cooperation with product development, you support the internal production of prototypes. You also work closely with suppliers, analyze process problems, and implement sustainable optimizations. You support as 2nd-level support in technical challenges and ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection guidelines at all times.
