This is what you can expect: Technical support for employees in defined company areas throughout the entire employee life cycle – from entry to exit Payroll tax & social insurance: Preparation, support, and follow-up of payroll tax audits as well as social insurance audits. Evaluation of facts with regard to payroll tax and social insurance Benefits: Central contact person and responsibility for the further development of our company benefits, including billing-relevant evaluation Systems & Processes: Further development and process optimization in the HR systems Workday and SAP HCM, testing and documentation of adjustments as well as participation in HR projects You bring: Completed commercial training with HR further education (e.g. personnel management specialist) or studies with a focus on HR Several years of experience in German payroll accounting and personnel administration In-depth practical experience in SAP HCM and Workday – enthusiasm for process design and optimization as well as interface/test topics Very good knowledge of labor, payroll tax, and social insurance law (DE) Affinity for numbers, accuracy, and service/consulting competence towards managers and employees Interested?
