For our customer in the Aargau area, we are looking for, effective immediately and for a fixed term up to and including 31.12.2026, a: QA Employee (m/f/d) 70 - 100% You benefit from: • Free parking spaces directly on site • Comprehensive and structured induction • An appreciative working environment with collegial team spirit What awaits you: • You qualify, evaluate, and develop suppliers as well as external service providers according to applicable quality standards • You request quality documents, check them carefully, and evaluate their conformity • You perform risk analyses and risk assessments along the supply chain and derive appropriate measures • You create, check, and negotiate Quality Agreements with suppliers and partners • What distinguishes you: • Completed training, for example as a chemical laboratory technician, pharmaceutical technician, or in a comparable scientific field, alternatively a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, pharmacy, or a related discipline • Professional experience in quality assurance (QA) or quality management of a manufacturing company, ideally in the GMP-regulated environment of the pharma, biotech, food, or chemical industry • Knowledge in the areas of supplier qualification, Supplier Quality Management, quality documentation, and risk management is an advantage • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Word and Excel • Analytical mindset as well as the ability to recognize and evaluate complex contexts • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a high demand for quality • Team spirit, initiative, and the ability to maintain an overview even with changing priorities You have the talent, we provide the platform!
